Meat sauce

Today, I will write about How to cook meat sauce!!!

Ingredient

1,Tomato sauce 500cc
2,Ground meat 400g
3,chopped onion 200g
4,Sliced Garlic 20~30g

How to cook

First,you boil up tomato sauce in the pan and heat up two fly pan:fly pan A and B.(attention: Tomato sauce is easily to burn.Therefore,you should mix pan as often as possible.) After heating up both fly pans A and B, you put oil or butter with garlic in both fly pan,and put onion (to A) and meat (to B) in each different fly pan.You saute both onion and meat untill to become brown color.After becoming brown color, you put onion and meat in tomato sauce and mix it ,and boil 15 minuts. You can control tast to put solt ,pepper,both of these,or ketchup, between 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, It is going to be great meat sauce!!!
